Service was fast and friendly. Place was clean. The fries are absolutely amazing and so are the sandwiches. Very crisp and flavorful. Thought it was cool they had vegan options. Variety of sauces and spice level. Prices are fair for quality but a tad bit pricey

We had an amazing experience at Twisted Hot Chicken! The chicken sandwich was the star—perfectly juicy with just the right amount of spice. The fries were equally impressive: crispy, well-seasoned, and totally addictive. We also loved that the sodas are free of high fructose corn syrup—such a refreshing and thoughtful touch. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Plus, the music was absolutely on point and kept the vibe upbeat and fun. We’ll definitely be coming back!
WOW!! Amazing vegan chicken and fries. This place has the best vegan chicken I’ve tried. The breading is super crunchy and flavorful. The crinkle cut French fries are also delightful and crunchy! Must try for Phoenix vegans! Service is a touch slow but it comes out extra fresh!!
First time here. It was way better than expected. The tenders were huge. Each one was almost a whole breast. They're seasoned incredibly well. I got medium, it was just enough spice. The french fries were great too. Nice and crunchy without being over cooked, and seasoning is right on point. They were so good, the dipping sauce actually took away from the taste. We'll definitely be back, when we're back on that side of town.
I've been wanting to try Twist Hot Chicken since you opened and finally had a chance to check it out yesterday! We were NOT disappointed! First of all, Rachelle, who was behind the counter was so friendly and helpful- she recognized that it was our first time there so she took the time to explain everything and even let us sample a couple sauces. I ordered the Honey Hot sandwich and Mike (in the back) cooked it up to perfection!! The Honey Hot sauce is on point! My husband ordered the hot tenders and they were also delicious but yes, super hot!!! The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned! Great job Guys!! We will definitely be back!
First time here and definitely won’t be the last! Rochelle was incredibly nice, patient, and super helpful while we ordered—great customer service goes a long way. The food? Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted even better. Full of flavor, crispy, and cooked to perfection. It’s a solid 10/10 from us. Sorry, Canes… we’ve officially found our new favorite chicken spot!
Food is delicious... I recommend getting plain fries, the spices on fries as a side with strong flavored chicken can be a little much.... only recommendation I have for owners is either bring a/c down or get some fans for airflow its way too warm in lobby temperature wise.
